Rachel Eva Merfalen is the founder of Good Future, a strategy and storytelling consultancy working at the intersection of workforce, employee ownership, and economic mobility. She currently serves as Interim Executive Director of the Tennessee Center for Employee Ownership (TNCEO), where she is leading the organization’s relaunch and developing partnerships to expand employee ownership across the state. Rachel brings over a decade of experience in entrepreneurship, workforce system alignment, good jobs strategy, and cross-sector collaboration. Through Good Future, she also leads narrative initiatives that elevate the stories of workers and business owners to increase awareness and understanding of employee ownership as a tool for economic resilience. Rachel and her family live in Columbia, TN.
