Adam is a dedicated professional with experience in business, finance, and community leadership. He is passionate about helping others and building relationships. Adam is actively involved with his family and his community. He strives to lead with integrity and make a positive impact in both his personal and professional life.

Adam attended Marshall University where he earned his bachelor’s in business administration. He sat on many boards in his community and formally served as the chair of the board of directors for the local County Development Authority. He was also a recipient of a “30 Under 30” award given out by the International Association of Venue Managers.

Adam served as an Event Coordinator at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center. During his tenure with the Convention Center, he was a part of a 100-million-dollar renovation project. Following the Convention Center, Adam was the Assistant Director of Facilities at Marshall University for Marshall Athletics. Shortly after working for Marshall University an opportunity arose for him to begin his entrepreneurial career. He purchased his first company in 2020; after growing the company, Adam sold it in 2025. 

Following the sale of his company, he worked as Assistant County Manager for the Putnam County Commission.
