MNCEO & NCCEO Launch Employee Ownership Ambassador Program
This is a subtitle for your new post

The North Carolina Employee Ownership Center (NCEOC) and the Minnesota Center for Employee Ownership (MNCEO) jointly launched an Employee Ownership Ambassador Program in August – a four-week, virtual program for business leaders and those who advise those who are looking to learn more about employee ownership and help spread the word.
The new Employee Ownership Ambassador Program launched by the North Carolina Employee Ownership Center (NCEOC) and the Minnesota Center for Employee Ownership (MNCEO) is designed for business leaders and those who advise them including business service providers, legal professionals, economic developers, chamber of commerce leaders, and financial advisors.
The Employee Ownership Ambassador Program launched in August is a four-week program blending virtual meetings and independent learning modules. Cohort participants learned how employee ownership protects jobs, increases community wealth, and creates a more vibrant, inclusive economy. Participants also learned about the three primary forms of employee ownership: Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), Worker Cooperatives, and Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs).
If you would like to dive deep into the world of employee ownership and forge meaningful connections with fellow participants and seasoned experts from employee-owned businesses, sign up for the NEXT Employee Ownership Ambassador Program cohort on Thursdays in September (9/5, 9/12, 9/19, and 9/26). The Employee Ownership Ambassador Program is a gateway to a world where businesses thrive, communities flourish, and legacies endure.
