Massachusetts
Kevin Kuros is the interim director of the Massachusetts Center for Employee Ownership (MassCEO), which was formalized by the Massachusetts legislature as a government office in the November 2022 ARPA / Economic Development bill. The legislation also created a 19-member advisory board which provides guidance and consultation to the Center.
In addition to his role with MassCEO, since 2019 Kevin has been the Central MA Regional Director for the MA Office of Business Development (MOBD), the Commonwealth’s official economic development agency, under which MassCEO resides.
Prior to his appointment to MOBD, Kevin spent eight years in the Massachusetts Legislature as an elected State Representative, where he served on the Joint Committee on Economic Development & Emerging Technologies, the Joint Committee on Municipalities and Regional Government, the House Post Audit Committee, and others.
Kevin’s private sector experience includes nearly two decades with an IT & management consulting firm that had a profit-sharing pension fund, igniting Kevin’s interest in employee ownership models.
Kevin holds a B.S. in Quantitative Business Analysis from Penn State University and is a rabid Nittany Lion sports fan.
