Robin Lamott Sparks is a nonprofit leader and policy strategist with more than 25 years of experience at the federal, state, and local levels. She has dedicated her career to championing underrepresented voices, advancing policies that strengthen families and communities, and mentoring the next generation of women leaders.

Robin has served as Executive Director of several organizations, including End Hunger Connecticut! and the Community Health Network of Connecticut Foundation, where she stabilized finances, grew partnerships, expanded funding, and strengthened programming to address health and food insecurity. Earlier, she led youth-focused coalitions in New Britain and Bridgeport, and in Washington, D.C., she held senior legislative and communications roles with the FBI, NASA, and members of Congress.

A former Division I volleyball coach, Robin brings the same energy and resilience from the court to her work in advocacy and leadership. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Ball State University. She currently lives in Hamden, Connecticut with her family. Robin still coaches high school and junior volleyball, while also officiating collegiate volleyball.
